An arbitrator will determine in May whether a Killeen police officer will get his job back after he was suspended over allegations he lied during an investigation into sexual misconduct.

Arbitrator Daniel Jennings expects to rule by May 15 on whether a Killeen police investigation justified the indefinite suspension of officer Tramel Bracey in October.
